NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NASCAR Street Tour™ Sweepstakes Presented by Ford ("Sweepstakes") is OPEN TO U.S. CITIZENS RESIDING IN THE 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE LICENSED DRIVERS AGE 18 OR OLDER AS OF time of entry. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, U.S. MILITARY INSTALLATIONS LOCATED IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, siblings, children, household members and the spouses and children of the foregoing) of Ford Motor Company (the "Sponsor"), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies (the "Sweepstakes Entities"), the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, Inc. ("NASCAR"), its drivers, teams and properties their affiliated companies and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, member and agents are not eligible. Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. EST on March 3, 2008 and concludes at 9:00 a.m. EST on October 27, 2008. To Enter: For your chance to win the Grand Prize, complete an on-line registration form on the fordracingevents.com website or in person at any of the NASCAR Street Tour™ event locations. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, complete mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and date of birth. You may be asked to answer additional optional questions. All entries must be received within the specified time frame. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Conditions: Ford Motor Company (Sponsor), its dealers, NASCAR, Inc., and its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, members and agents, PCGCampbell dba CCO Communications and each of their respective agencies, personnel, subsidiaries and any other company associated with this program are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, mutilated or garbled entries will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the entrant. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any portion of the “2008 NASCAR Street Tour™ Sweepstakes Presented by Ford.” Drawings: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from fordracingevents.com website. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone on or about 10/27/08. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Grand Prize Winner and his or her travel companion will receive:
Approximate Retail Value: $5,000. Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes (not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on prize. Except as specifically provided herein, Grand Prize package does not include taxes, insurance, telephone charges, personal expenses, travel arrangements to/from airport(s), ground transportation, gratuities, passenger facility charges (PFCs), departure taxes, incidental charges, or any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules. All expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Travel must be taken on the specified dates. If Sponsor cannot find an eligible Grand Prize winner who is able to travel on these dates in time to satisfy verification procedures, an alternate winner may be selected, at a Sponsor’s sole discretion, through a random drawing from all eligible entries. No extensions will be permitted, and any unused travel will be forfeited. Travel restrictions apply. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel on the same dates, itinerary and class. The Grand Prize is nontransferable, may not be changed, extended or exchanged for cash, credit or another vacation, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles. In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as appropriate. Expenses not stated are solely the responsibility of the winners in this Sweepstakes. Travel and any other expenses not stated in relation to any prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value, if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit of one (1) prize per person per household. General Conditions: Winner, by acceptance of prize, (a) agree that Sponsor, its dealers, NASCAR Inc., and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective shareholders, members, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, and (b) except where legally prohibited, grant permission (and agree to confirm that grant in writing, upon request) for the Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation. All prizes have been furnished for promotional or advertising consideration and will be awarded in “As Is” condition. Winners may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where lawful, publicity releases within ten (10) days of notification. If documents are not returned timely or if any prize notification or prize is returned as nondeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Decisions by Administrators on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final.
Conduct: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Sweepstakes site throughout the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and its dealers, respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and any other entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (all of the foregoing collectively referred to as “Sponsors and Administrators”), as well as NASCAR, Inc., and its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, members and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes or the Internet portion of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors and Administrators which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
